There’s some tough love in this post but it’s all fair and correct. The arrogance needs to stop as does the whole “it’s really hard” angle that Bungie takes. The podcast in particular was an appalling exercise in self-pity. You are 100% right in saying this isn’t hard to do. It must start with being authentic and sincere in their approach.
