So I got it fixed!
what I did:
Went to Discord settings and disabled QoS the high priority package thingy.
And also set a gamingmode from my router for my pc.

In discord go under your Voice settings (where you can change your Mics volume etc.) Scroll down until you see a setting that says something about "high priority packages" and untick that. If you are looking for the game mode taht was just something that my router has, it basically prioritized low ping for me.
