Run back to the beginning area with the 1st set of pulses and head back should load everything. Work just now.

you got a team with you? shouldn't matter, but once ghost is done with the scan, immediately turn around. Go all the way back till you're outside. I'm not sure if it'll load or not, but then turn back around and run back to the next set of pulses. Should load then. You can use your sparrows to save time.
