  • Thinking about it...solar wind could be very helpful in certain situations. However, it was removed because people griefed with it. Which never really made sense to me... Because shoulder charge worked exactly the same way and they never took it out. Pve gets napalm. We get some dumb ball of fire you can just walk around...

  • I would say that arcstrider has serious potential. The evade gives them insane melee. With the right equipment and perks... This is going to the class to beat.

  • I would agree....... if you could catch someone. Seriously ridiculous that I cannot catch up to another player in arcstaff mode..... PvE, it has far more going for it than blade ever did

  • Nope, storm callers comes with extra melee range by default. And their super us infinitely more agile and deadly

  • I never understood the extra melee distance, i can;t tell the difference. The melee abilty in D1 was much more fun.

    I don't think it is as good as it was... It's ok. I have no idea how perks or exotics will affect the subclasses, so honestly everything is speculation and up in the air. Bungie could add a perk or an exotic that could completely change any class instantly. One that comes to mind was the pretty much infinite blade dance. You could literally clear the thrall maze with one blade dance. It was crazy. And then didn't PvP get broken? What was it? Hunters. They threw a grenade and it would instantly charge their super because of perks? I guess I can see them all being super powerful... And of the 3 classes for the 'lock...stormtrance feels the best to me. Slovabomb. Don't like it anymore. This sword thing. Meh. But the Stormtrance is pretty cool. Man you get a little soul puppet! And you're friends do too! Fricken cool!
