Missing Cold Heart Exotic Preorder Content
I preordered and purchased the Destiny 2 PS4 Pro bundle pack. I redeemed all my codes through PSN Store and received everything but the Cold Heart. I am level 20 and have beaten the campaign, but the Gun Smith is refusing to give me the weapon. I have contacted PlayStation and Game Stop, but they referred me to Bungie. Obviously I cannot contact Bungie because they don't have customer support or a number I can call.
Is anyone else having this issue?
How do I get my weapon?
Who do I contact?

6 回覆Hello, Working with our platform partners, we believe that we have identified and resolved an issue preventing the Coldheart Exotic Trace Rifle from appearing at the Gunsmith of some qualifying players. If you are the primary license holder on your console, please check in-game for your Coldheart Exotic Trace Rifle. Once checked, please report back to this comment with your status, so we can confirm the resolution of this issue.
