I mainly played the Dawnblade Warlock during the Beta on Xbox One. It looked badass during the reveal. And playing that subclass was a lot off fun. I do have my thoughts (and yes I do realize that the Beta was an old build). I would like to list what has caught my attention that I hope would at least be looked at and may be adjusted before final release.
- Healing and Empowering Rift is awesome. Maybe slightly buff Empowering Rift at least for PVE. During Crucible matches, I hardly notice a bump up in damage numbers when fighting another Guardian.
- Daybreak Super is so effing fun, but the trajectory for firing the flame projectiles can be toned down or just be adjusted to fire in a straight line. In the Beta, trajectory was pretty intense. Also maybe consider extending the time it can be active. That is one of the more major complaints regarding the Dawblade subclass specifically.
- Warlock Glide is basically fine. Blink for Voidwalker feels fantastic.
- The weapons are just right.......except sidearms.
- Energy weapons can take down a Guardian in their Super rather easily. Perhaps too easily.
That is all I could come up with for now. I look forward to responses. How much do you agree or disagree? Please do your best to keep the hate out of any and all comments or opinions. Have a nice day everybody.

4 回覆Voidwalker is where it was at for Warlocks this time around. Honestly the best class in the Beta for me. That Nova Bomb is ruthless.

4 回覆I honestly can't wait to reign fire down on my enemies and hurl giant space bombs at people
Izzz gonna be lit
8 回覆The dawnblade was interesting, but for me was totally overshadowed by the new voidwalker. The dawnblade super just felt really situational and hard to use in a long range situation, whereas it seemed to me the nova bomb has been buffed like crazy with ridiculous tracking and blast radius. I found myself using voidwalker way more than the dawnblade.

9 回覆The second dawnblade skilltree has tracking projectiles that explode. And every kill extends your super.

You have to keep in mind that the beta was months old and the supers we got were only half of the potential for it. There is an entirely other skill cluster waiting to be unlocked and many, various tweaks that they have deployed.

5 回覆I thought I read somewhere, where if you are shooting an arc subclass with an arc weapon you Will inherently do more damage or take their shields down faster.
