There is no moral code for them. Usually they're sexual frustrated and killing gives them a buzz or in cases like with the zodiac or this guy they gain attention. A common misconception is that they're emotionless, that's completely wrong. They find it harder to form bonds but they can still make them. They're can get frustrated easily especially sexual frustration.
