In 2010 both signed a contract for a ten year plan for the game that would become known as destiny, before this date Activision assisted in bungie departure of Microsoft. But yet Activision doesn't own bungie or destiny, so if bungie chooses to they can leave as long they can pay out the exit fees
-
Activision owns the publisher rights to destiny and that all, if bungie would to leave and join another publisher than they would have to pay an exit fee to cover Activision losses. Now is we were talking about sledgehammer games than you would be right because Activision owns them and CoD therefore can dictate how the game is made and maintained during it life. Yes Activision maybe cancerous but they are best at to things selling games and making money

Well to answer your original question. Yes they sold out... Wiki defines selling out as this: "Selling out" is a common idiomatic pejorative expression for the compromising of a person's integrity, morality, authenticity, or principles in exchange for personal gain, such as money.[1] In terms of music or art, selling out is associated with attempts to tailor material to a mainstream or commercial audience; for example, a musician who alters his material to encompass a wider audience, and in turn generates greater revenue, may be labeled by fans who pre-date the change as a "sellout." If you read their contract http://documents.latimes.com/bungie-activision-contract/ You'll find that even though Bungie owns Destiny, Activision has the final say on any changes made to the game. So basically Bungie has to make the game to meet Activisions demands, and they do this in exchange for money which means they sold out to them.

Activision's logo is in the game. All over the posters. All over the game case. Oh, and it also says this, word for word: 2014 Bungie, Inc. All rights reserved. Destiny, the destiny logo, Bungie, and the Bungie logo are among trademarks of Bungie, Inc. PUBLISHED and DISTRIBUTED by Activision. Read the fine print on things. You might learn something.

由it's pronounced Hai su ta編輯: 3/14/2017 2:24:45 AMWhere in the game? I'm speaking about in-game. Learn to read things, you might not get embarrassed. I know Activision owns Bungie, but I'm wondering where in the game itself is the logo.

Would imagine if something is that accessible there would be a Publisher's mention.
