Hey! I'm experiencing this issue on Google Chrome, Version 56.0.2924.87. To replicate the issue, go to the Gear Manager, then set it to Column View. While using Zoom 100% or higher, you cannot scroll down the items list anymore, due to the Sort tab overlapping with the scroll bar. You can still access the scroll bar when using Zoom 90% or lower.
