Sounds more difficult to me but I see where you going. Sometimes I don't want to hover when I ADS in the air but it's become natural, I think two clicks would make it feel bulky. I think adding allot more AA and/or Icarus and maybe a little more float time would make this perk amazing. I don't mean to make it a viable sniper perch or a broken move used with any ohk special. I use it allot with a sidearm but when I try it with my scout (tlaloc) it's extremely difficult to line up a shot and fire 4 or 5 shots before I start falling and at that point I can't finish off crap because my gun starts shooting all over the place. Can't tell you how many times I've missed the kill by one shot when I fired 5 times dead on but I was falling.

A lot of times mid jump i may acquire a target and ADS with my primary only to hover a foot above ground and throwing off my shot with the odd unanticipated momentum. I agree that a simple increase to its icarus affect or an increase to AA mid flight alone would make the perk better. But to assure full anticipation of this maneuver and it's physics I believe a manual input should be introduced along with an increased levitate time of at least 0.1~0.2 seconds (because of input time and avg. Human reaction time being around 0.1 sec).
