I think that would be pretty badass but not OP in the crucible at all. I mean, the rocket will pretty much kill you outright anyways so people shouldn't complain.

The Crucibabies would be pissing up and down both legs over it, with their shrill cries of "Its too OP, nerf it now Bungie or I quit cause youtuber X said so." piercing the night air.
