I'll keep this part brief, but the second and third transactions were made on Sony's dime. When I didn't get my 10$ pack, I contacted Sony for a refund. When I got said refund, I attempted to make the purchase again and it didn't go through. Sony was kind enough, and prompt enough to give me a second refund, which I promptly wasted (only half this time) trying to buy more silver (I thought just the 10$ packs were broken). I am now convinced bungie just doesn't want me to have silver and am too scarred to ever purchase anything from eververae again.
I thought the auto-reply email meant they were doing something about it but it's been almost a week with no word from Bungo. No open lines to communicate either.
