I'll go even further you have 16 spots If you're doing pve you don't need crucible so there's six of the possible 31 (on reset). That leaves 25. If you're doing queens you probably don't need the roi weekly so now you're down to 21. So if you can't figure out 5 to hold off on I feel sorry for you.
