Man oh man. [spoiler]I usually don't mind standalone character episodes and Tara's alright by me. The Eastman episode from last season(?) was really good imo. That said... there were so many cliches and weird moments (that child actor...wat) it just felt like they phoned it in. This whole season has sorta been hit or miss. If Westworld/GoT and the like's insurgence and method of storytelling says anything, it's that you can prooobably trust the audience's brains and run multiple storylines concurrently. I get what they were trying to deliver in this episode. But it was unfolded at a snail's pace and probably would've been okay cut in half and packed into some other episode. Still like the show, but I agree with others ITT -- The Walking Dead has been tough to follow on a week to week basis and that goes all the way back to season 2. :p[/spoiler]
