Siderophobia will run on several beliefs in mind: •Above all, [b]Teamwork![/b] -This, just like in any other clan, is crucial and it's a [i]must[/i] in order for a clan to survive and succeed. Some might not be available 24 hours, 7 days a week and that's OK! •For sure, [b]Respect.[/b] -Treat others the way you'd like to be treated. PvE events (Raids, Bounties, Special Missions), PvP events (Iron Banner, Trails of Osiris, Crucible in general) will require Patience from veteran players towards new members and even sometimes other veteran players.
