The warlock one sure but most of the ones at the bottom no I would set they are different enough to not matter in addition it depends weather or not bungie even has most of these trademarked in my opinion they don't because they are too general

Some things like Hello Kitty were not trademarked so that is why they are everywhere. It could be possible there is a Iicensing deal between the two." In regards to whether this is grounds for a lawsuit. So bare that in mind.
