That could be why then - some of the Festival Items require ROI and somehow one ended up in the consumables. It's likely some type of candy that changes your appearance etc. It's a little weird they wouldn't have programmed it to convert to something else, but that would be my estimation since it doesn't seem to be able to find a name for that item.
