Aww, did you get killed by a Warlock?
A couple of reasons why you got killed by one and are now coming to the forums to complain about them:
1. You are bad at the game and don't want to form a way to counter them.
2. The warlock who killed you plays their class very well.
3. Coming to the forums to cry for nerfs just proves that you are bad.

They're balanced for the most part. The storm caller melee while inconsistent should be looked at. I've gotten some pretty cheap kills that made me think about it. For instance while on balcony in banner fall I meleed a Titan under me even though I couldn't see him and killed him.

3 回覆I main a warlock and I see they're balanced. About people whining about increased melee range, It's the ONLY decent perk on their melee tree for crucible. hunters got Shadestep, wombo combo, titans got skating, twilight garrison..Warlocks got a shitty jump and usually get sniped while in it because I glide like a drunk butterfly. Sunsinger is extremely useless. void walker is meh. Stormcaller is awesome and balanced.

Warlocks are really easy to use. I main a Hunter and consider Warlock my worst class. It is so easy to slaughter people. For the most part, they are balanced. They have some broken abilities *cough* Stormcaller melee *cough* and others need need a buff. They're not necessarily OP, but are more consistent than most other classes so they out perform everything else.

7 回覆I hate everything about stormcaller warlocks but the only thing that I think that could really be classified as overpowered is their melee. You should not have a melee with more range than a shotgun that also has auto aim. I really don't see how that melee made it into the game.

This is one of the reasons people complain about warlocks. I complain about warlocks but don't bitch about it on forums. Some people do play warlocks very well and I am not one of them. But Jose who do play warlocks well are the ones who come here on forums and troll the people who are complaining about warlocks. Yes I personally think that warlocks have really absurd, but I'm not bitching about it. Anyways. I'll let the salt flow from the hunter and warlock section or this thread. :D

I played a game yesterday and warlocks kept killing me... All the freaking times. No other class killed me that game (and I'm not that good). Looking at the stats, actually, only two of the kills the opposite team had did not came from warlocks!!!! This clearly shows warlock are overpowered. If you were truly confident in the skill you possess you wouldn't have come to the forums in order to try and convince others that warlocks are skilled players. No, what's really happening is people are calling you out for playing the easy class and now you're fed up because you have to prove through the validation of others that you are skilled. If you truly believe what you are saying then go ahead and top the lobby as a defender Titan, that shouldn't be too hard for someone of your "skill".

I play all three classes and I played a Warlock, and I found it extremely hard to use Stormcaller vs Rangefinder Matadors. So, the only way to counter a Warlock is a rangefinder Matador, no matter what. This also takes one shot to the following classes. Bladedancer, Gunslinger, Sunbreaker, Defender, Striker, Voidwalker, Sunsinger and even Nightstalker if you're quick enough. Matador is overpowered and if you get a full auto rangefinder, even better.

8 回覆I have played regularly as all three classes, and i still feel that warlocks are slightly OP. Not enough to say the character needs a nerf, but they are noticeably more effective than any other character. They have much better grenade choices and the warlock melee range.
