Good Post, only one Question.
Are you sure that the Fallen Devil Splicers Themselves made the Remnants of the Lords (and Lady)? To Me, they seem little more than a Jumbled mass of SIVA that wormed it's way into the Armor of the Dead Iron Lords.
I somewhat understand how you believe that to be the case, being that SIVA needs a "Central Mind" or "Overseer" to give it directives, in this case it is Aksis, Archon Prime, but during the events that led to Jolder sealing the Replication Chamber in Site 6, Rasputin was Giving SIVA it's objectives, being to Eliminate the Life Forms with [O] Energy [Light], as he doesn't like the Traveler all that much.

Consider that if they were around before the splicers came, then the splicer would have had to fight and probably kill the remnants. That and I think the splicers had a hand in their creation for one scary reason. You can hear Jolder talking during the battle. SIVA only took over their armor, but I think the splicers were trying to rebuild/resurrect guardians. (As the splicers are know for bioengineering) Consider how useful a few undying warriors (all powers included) would be.

In the Cutscene where the Ghost informs you that the Devil's are tearing into Golden Age research Facilities across the system, the Very First SIVA Symbol that pops up is located practically right on top of the Wrath of the Machine Icon In the Director. I've traced the path you take in Wrath of the Machine, And the Perfection Complex lies much farther south than Site Six does, being Below the Archon's Keep area. The Complex lies in the Southeast Section of the Plaguelands, FYI. However, if you are correct on their attempt to make a SIVA controlled Risen, the, that would be bad. That would be very, Very Bad.
