I have the Vanity with Luck In The Chamber and Firefly, and I have video proof of it crashing my game. In the past, it would only crash if both perks activated in the same shot, but in the video below at 25:25 you can see Firefly alone freezing and crashing my game. The video isn't 100% about Firefly, so unless you want to see the Trespasser and other stuff, I suggest skipping to 25:25, and seeing Firefly crash my game!
