However, the closest comparison would have to be the Bolt-Caster, in terms of damage (in a shorter amount of time), minus the fact its special is not ranged. I still agree that 10 ammo for its special is too much, even when using Ruin Wings.

Yup, which is why I haven't used it since I got my exotic swords to 340+. As it is, it should have been a legendary (maybe remove blocking to balance it). Thinking along the lore, though, a sword forged from the infamous Willbreaker sounds like it should be more powerful than an Iron Lord's sword. It's like a lost precursor that has only been recently rediscovered.
