A lot of PS players like myself are upset (to put it nicely) on how shitty the drop rates are for sublime engrams. It seems like the drop rate is so effin low that you guys need to fix it right now and that there is one hell of a mother effin bug in your game that's preventing sublime engrams from dropping like they should. So do us all a favor and fix this stupid issue.
