I have had Destiny since the beginning. Preordered digitally it on 360, bought the season pass, upgraded to the One when I could afford it. Bought Taken king digital upgrade with collector's edition content. I like the exotic class items and shaders. My wife started playing recently. Enjoyed it enough that we had to buy another console, and we bought the collection so she would have ALL the DLC that I have and could continue to play uninterrupted. Issue: The class item and shader were removed telling her she doesn't have the content that allows it. Seriously? The only reason it's a thing is because I bought a SECOND CONSOLE and a SECOND copy of your game. She has the items in her inventory, but can't use them. Hell, I even tried to see if there was a way I could buy that content, but it's not for sale. What can I do - how do I get this now missing content for my wife?
