Hi guys, With my initial Titan character, had no issues getting Hull Breach to activate after defeating the Tank. But on my Warlock character, I've defeated the Tank twice, and Hull Breach never activates, I see it on the map but it's not active. Please see image. Is this a glitch, and how do I overcome it?
