[Khvostov Protest Movement]
I know I am not the only one who's tired of nerfs and rebalancing based solely upon PvP tears. So I propose we bring forth the Khvostov starter rifle to the Crucible.
You cannot nerf what was born nerfed. We use these ancient rifles to cause more PvP tears, as a means to tell Bungie to keep PvP balancing [i]in PvP only[/i].

[i]This rifle was the first weapon wielded by the legendary guardian that ripped out the heart of the Black Garden.
