Were you like me thinking your guardian was badass until you saw them port into the tower? Yeah me too lol It shouldn't be hard to implement in game, since you can only see the front of your face when making a character. You don't see the awkward hairstyles or facial features that make your guardian look weird. Why doesn't bungie put in a barber, hell even a little social place, where you can get a hair cut and a shave,Dye your skin, hair, eye, lip color, tattoos, facial modification? It wouldn't be hard, just add a way to get back to the character customization screen. Or even change races? I really don't want to keep up my subclasses again by making a new character. Make even more of a grind... Like we need more of that lol
