Is there any way that the shindig in the crucible can be made a bit more fair and a little bit more forgiving? This part of the quest is not the best way to introduce an exotic shotgun for those who have issue in crucible. I went from 17% to 7% even though I did not die much and still got the most kills, I get penalized greatly for at least trying. I have been on this quest for 2 nearly 3 months and I am fed up at the fact that the expectations of the player are set way too high. Not everyone does great in the crucible and those that have difficulty alone cannot complete a quest that involves having to get "100%" using The Last Word and penalizing the player a large amount just because they die or lose, not to mention the amount of percent you get for every kill is too little, and the fact there is no added bonus for winning is just lame. What would have been better is having it to where you have to kill a specified amount of guardians, or have to win a specific amount of games, whether it would be a mix of Clash, Rumble, or even rift and skirmish in the crucible. It is not fair that players like me, who sometimes do well and for the most time don't, are basically tortured trying to complete the first step to get this weapon. To be honest this was a poor way of starting up a Questline to get a shotgun that you probably won't even use, but hey what do I know, I've never even used the damn thing. And probably never will...
Everyone please take consideration in this post, and have a great day.

What I find really frustrating is that you can have a 3.0 kd and your team still loses and your percentage goes down.

This game is already so easy because of people like you whining for nerfs and moaning about having to have a decent skill.... Nightfalls? Gone. Too frustrating. Heroic Strikes with modifiers? Had to be done. Too hard otherwise. Just learn how to use the gun it's not hard. It's meant to challenge you not to spoon feed you.

Dude, you have exactly 0 kills with Thorn. You obviously don't know the grind. It's not meant to be easy, it's meant to be a challenge. If you want easy, do it the long way and only equip TLW when you're going to win, and find a hiding spot. 3% per win.

I need someone to help me finish the quest. I'm up to the strike/boss battle part and am stuck there. Crucible part wasn't that hard, and I suck with hand cannons. Just do what everyone is saying.

If it's too awfully difficult, you can always wait until you are about to win a match and put it on while hiding. You get around 3% for each victory I think. It will take a bit, but no risk involved.

I'm not the best crucible player around but I was able to get it done. Play defensive and smart. Run away a lot. It actually makes you a better player cause you learn to be hyper aware of your surroundings. As much as it sucks to say, hardscoping is your best friend here. Also go ham when you get heavy. It can be done. Chaperone is pretty fun to use if use properly. It's worth it.

由cobaltcrimson1編輯: 7/14/2016 2:01:26 AMI thought this was a bad one but i just equip the last word once I'm sure we're going to win so it counts and if i happen to get a few kills with it while i'm hiding all the better and that way if i die i still get some the original boost. I went from 7 percent to 60 something in a few days as i wasn't putting much effort into it since i was doing other stuff. Just use my method and don't take any risks you don't need to, it'll take a while but it's safer than guns blazing.

I'm sorry this is very hard for you, but I can't relate. I did this for a friend in about five games, then did it for myself in only two. In case you're questioning my KD, I was nooby previously and haven't had the time to go positive. My hunter is only .96, but my second profile's hunter rocks a 1.85. And yes, the stiffer matchmaking has kicked in.
