I have all 50 calcified fragments but I'm unable to collect rewards for moments of triumph due to it showing I only have 49/50. I checked destinytracker.com as well as destinycalcifiedfragments.com and both sites reflect that I have in fact collected all 50 fragments. Please help I've finished all moments of triumph and cannot collect all of my rewards due to this bug!! Update: well I have to plead ignorance..found it. I was missing a fragment on one character. Got it and was able to collect my rewards! It showed all 50 fragments collected because I had them all between all 3 characters. There's got to be an easier way to track down which ones are missing per character.
