Gave a group their flawless by leaving...their response...
We were invited into their party on PS4 and they begged us to leave so they could win.
We were slightly stacked. (I'm 2200 elo and my friend is 1900)
Since it was their flawless we left because we felt bad.
Then the guy who was carrying started trashing us calling us "Scrubs" for leaving.
What did I learn from this : Never help anyone in Destiny because they don't appreciate any of it.
Edit : Thanks everyone for the support. Not going to list his name since I'm not an ass.
I'm just in shock that after what we did, I'd never expect for them to sit there and insult and disrespect us.
Edit 2 : I'm not mad about the loss. Just mad at that guys response. We put trust on them and it backfired.

They would have said how you were a "jerk" if you didn't let them go flawless since you probably have been multiple times. There are some people who will try to tear you down no matter what you do. Don't spend too much time worrying about them.

2 回覆Next time just absolutely crush them. Don't be a dick about it (no teabagging) but use the "blow a kiss" emote or just wave after you annihilate them. If people are going to be that dickish to others in the community, they deserve to get stomped

3 回覆I think you did the right thing in helping them go flawless l, but from how it sounds they didn't deserve it. I rarely play trails myself and the last time I went in at 8-0 on my card a guy starts messaging me saying that if you don't let us win we'll ban you from the game if you don't let us go flawless. After something like that I had to go against them and beat them for the amount of trash talk these guys were throwing at my party. After we win the match and go the the lighthouse I get a message saying "enjoy being banned" as I shrugged it off. Funny thing is it never happened.
