It does arm quicker. So theyd have to be a max agility build to run right past it. And if they are running max agility, which means low armor, theyre dead anyway

Uh, i danced on my own tripmine and it didnt kill me. That used to be part of the risk of using them. Teamate jumps in front and tripmine kills the user that tossed it. So now, how can anyone expect it to kill anything worth using a grenade on. Its almost useless at this point.
