I personally feel like my neutral game as a Titan has been castrated. I just got used to using TG and been loving it. How do you guys feel about this?

Titans with TG are easier to kill as a shadestep Hunter that Rolling around corners … You have to be in the air while using TG but as a Hunter you can shadestep no matter where you Stand. I think personally that it takes More skill to use TG than shadestep so patch it back like it was

5 回覆If you buff twilight shadestep needs it to. I'm a hunter and I'm having problems getting used to the nerf

16 回覆Seriously? Titans get an evade without using a skill node, and you can be any subclass while using it. Shadestep requires either an exotic or a skill node, but can only be used with one subclass either way. Titans already get the better end of the stick, adding a second dodge back in would be an egregious show of favoritism towards titans. That on top of skating? C'mon son.

2 回覆What's the point of evading just once? You can use blink two -blam!-ing times in a row, why can't you use tg or shadestep twice in a row it makes no -blam!-ing sense aghhhhh
-
I'm a Titan and if you're good with twilight you don't need to spam it. Learn to use it's burst once every three seconds if used right you don't even notice the three second cool down. TG jobs are: -To escape from a disadvantageous encounters -to reach advantageous locations to fight or pressure enemies. Examples: -Titan skating/big jumps to reach a place faster. -rushing with a shotgun -juke shotgunners or shoulder charges
-
Keep the nerfs but lengthen the dodge's length to compensate for it needing to be aerial compared to just dodging mid fire on the ground like Nightstalker. I mean its an exotic not an inherent ability to begin with. Sacrificing the exotic armor slot needs to be worth it

[quote]I personally feel like my neutral game as a Titan has been castrated. I just got used to using TG and been loving it. Before the update, you could, from a standing position: jump, TG twice, and skate to maximum speed in less than a second. No. It is not meant to augment the movement speed of the (already) fastest class. I main a Titan and used Twilight Garrison almost all the time in Crucible. I don't mind the update. The perk is still great and it still feels exotic.

Maybe it's because since taken King I really got into Scout rifles, but a skating Titan was never a problem to lose focus on. I could pick em off in mid skate and their lifeless body would keep flying left or right till they hit the ground lmao. Shadestep was harder to track, and even that doesn't seem 'op'.

由What I Look Like編輯: 6/20/2016 2:47:47 AMThe options are biased, as they imply heavily that the nerf was outright wrong. Granted, it could seem like a lot. Fact of the matter is, it happened. People will adjust accordingly if they want to, and will find that it is still effective. One midair evade is better than none, and that's what Titans had before TTK. Also, consider the fact that it is available to use for all 3 subclasses.

1 回覆It's air shade step so same effects to shade step should effect this and shade step was op so no rebuff
-
3 回覆I feel like Titans had less choice in exotics pre-nerf. So much so that I was struggling to find something to look good with twilight garrison.

exotic armor shouldn't really be included into your neutral game, in my opinion. was twilight problematic? Not really. But it's an evade that works like shadestep. So shadestep should be nerfed, but twilight shouldn't .? Titans have amazing neutral game. Striker is among the best PvP classes in the game right now.
