Best Legendary Hand Cannon (Year 2)
I left out the word of crota/revelator/water star archetype because I never see people use them. I just read someone polling for best exotic hand cannon for the 2nd time today, so why no legendary love? Obvious perk needed on all these is rifled or reinforced barrel (if it can handle the stability loss). Please list any essential perks for you.
Edit: sorry I forgot Finnalis Perril.

Disregard Vanity due to its sound :P Top 4 are pretty much the same HC,with Eyas being slightly better base stats than the rest...but it's recoil pattern isn't just straight up. If I had to choose one (assuming all had same perk setup) it would be devil/lord out of those.If I had to choose 1 HC overall it would be Finalas (biased due to the perk roll I have on mine)

Sureshot Last resort Braced frame Third eye Really want a Luna with a good roll though, only had two with absolutely horrible rolls.
