The porch isn't just an entrance, it's also a window to an infinity of "whys" and "what ifs". So only by opening your soul, can you see the world for what it truly is. However, if you leave that porch closed, all you shall find is loneliness. You will be trapped within a purgatory of your own creation. You will be in hell. You must open your porch to others, or you will face eternal loneliness. This is the true meaning of porch day.
