I don't think that the woman should be able to dictate the decision... What if the man wants to and is capable of raising the child on his own? Should that right be taken away from him? To me, it seems selfish for a woman to be able kill a soon to be human being, and get away without a trial. Smh at all the democrats and feminists...

I get where you are coming from and I agree. However both partners should have equal rights in that. For the guy wanting and the gal not wanting...TBH I can't think of a proper fix. So it's best left they way it is. As for the gal wanting and the guy not wanting to keep it. Easy fix if she decides to keep it it's on her own head. No begging for money from a guy who wants nothing to do with a child. It's really that simple.

As soon as science makes it possible for a man to carry a child then this wouldn't be an issue.. . Or even manage to completely incubate from day one. I think the farther can ask the mother to carry the child to term, but if she says no.. forcing her would be soo wrong. It's not like this is some small inconvenience.
