SBMM: Pros vs. Cons (3v3 Games Like Trials/Doubles/etc.)

If you have ever played Halo 3, you'll remember Bungie used this similar system in their competitive gametypes, such as FFA, 2v2, 3v3, even 6v6 games. The higher your skill on your account, the harder it was to win games and climb the skill tree. The system was flawless. I believe Bungie is trying to implement the same system here. Here's what I believe are SOME, but not ALL.... Add more in the comments below. Pros: -Highly skilled players will be paired up with equal or slightly better/worse to keep games balanced. If you have a party member who has a skill level 50 on DTR, for example, the SBMM will pair you up with people of similar skill, within 45-50 skill. -Low levels like myself can pair up with randoms/teams that have similar skill to myself. Cons: -If you have a fireteam member who has around 30 skill, for example, you'll still get paired up with players who have 45-50 skill, maybe 40-50 skill. -If tweaked, the system will broaden the horizon to more fireteams that include similar skill, BUT will take longer to pair up with these players. *You=50 Skill/One Friend=45/One Friend=30...... Game would search for similar teams that have players between 30-50 Skill* -Playing Trials/Any Level Advantage gametypes put you at risk of pairing up with better teams. SO BRING YOUR BEST PLAYERS INTO THESE GAMETYPES. Carrying players lacking skill in competitive gametypes will be a burden to you and your other teammate. In my opinion, these are the main reasons why we have SBMM. What else should be added? Add to the comments and let's come up with a solution.
