Bungie posted on twitter that they will not be touching the perks on Icebreaker or Invective.

so in inferno anything playlist, is it not breaking Knuckle head radar by turning off its exotic perk? it should give you 3rd eye but they disable it, weapons with 3rd eye are disabled as well those perks are useless. so if thats okay in inferno then 2v2 and 3v3 it should be fair play to disable ammo regen so you have to pick up the crates

The solution was simple: Give snipers the same debuffs shotguns have: move slower, etc. Nerf the aim assist in PvP Make it so snipers can't switch so fast to another weapon to finish you off after a body shot Make them highly inaccurate outside of their intended range (medium to long) Make quick scoping not work. Add scope sway/breath holding. Buff shotguns back to be viable, BESIDES just the top tier ones. Actually buff primaries so there isn't a meta. Their solution solved nothing.
