Why most of Crucible/Strike/Cryptarch shaders are off the loot tables? Even 20 in-the-row streaks grants your nothing (for Cryptarch i'm upped 40+ levels and barely got a few legendary engrams, not shaders or emblems). Is this working as intended to be or it's just a bug which is Bungie doesn't care about?
