It's gone down twice in 2 years, and one of those times is was both live and psn.
If you took all the time live was down in 2015 if would double the time it was down for psn.
If you counted the times live gets hacked compared to psn in 2015 it's more of less 30x more and Xbox has fewer players that's just sad :/
