One of the people I play with does. Another one of my friends and I had to tell him 'hard scoping' as he calls it is how you are supposed to snipe. He still thinks quick scoping is the only right way to snipe [spoiler]when he said hard scoping isn't sniping I facepalmed[/spoiler]

Can't forget to slam the sniper scope into my eye socket, and as I recoil back in pain I must jump off the nearest high ledge and I must spin around repeatedly mid-air and I must pull the trigger and I must manage to get a headshot despite the immense chance of missing. If you can do that then you have skill. Apparently.
