Any Defender Titan mains that can give me some tips?
NEED SOME HELP WITH DEFENDER TITAN
I'm a main Titan and i want my main subclass to be Defender. I want to be a tanky Defender that focuses on keeping teammates alive and protecting them aswell as being in the frontline and taking as much damage as possible. I'm going with the Helm of Saint-14 / Crest of Alpha Lupi Exotic.
Now for the part i need help at. What should i level my Defender up with / What skills should i rank up. Also what are good helm, arms, legs and mark for Defenders to help out teammates and take lots of damage without dying?
For the weapons i like running either Pulse or Scout Rifle (which are good ones for what i want?) and Shotgun/Sidearm/Sniper Rifle and Bazooka/Machine Gun/Sword. What weapons are good for the type of Titan i want to be? Tanky Supporting Defender Titan.
Please leave a comment on the Defender upgrades, what weapons and armors work good for this and the upgrades on the weapons and armors!

(Edited:) Preferable PvE help, thats what i mostly play. I now have a gigantic list of things to check out for my Defender with weapons, armors and builds. Thanks to everyone helping me out. Also if you recommend a weapon please inform me on how to get it.

Defender titans are great. Everyone loves to see one, especially in raids/NF. Helm of St 14 is a must have as it can give your team a proper breather. I would recommend that by default you use blessing of light (weapons is situational, keep armour for PvP), and make yourself an orb generating machine. Drop your bubble wherever there is the most fire and watch it spit out more orbs. Use the perk which can give orbs on heavy weapon kills too, then ideally team this with armour which allows you to carry more ammo. As the tank, you want to be using close range weapons - hand cannon, assault rifle, shotgun. Heavy of your choice. Be aware of where your team is and if you have your super ready, try to draw fire from enemies before popping it. Or if you can see your team about to get wiped, jump in with a bubble over them, sending all the enemies blind. It's a brilliant class.
