Exotic Creator studio
My idea for an Exotic Creator Studio is we should be able to have an in game studio to create exotic items and weapons that you get to make your own exotic perks and upgrade trees, but you are all probably wondering.Huh some people are going to make OP weapons and items but heres my idea to make it balanced the item or idea must have been liked or upvoted or rated by the community to say they are balanced by the other exotic standards.

it would be great to make something of my own but it would be better to assign a numerical value to available perks to restrict how powerful you could make it rather than letting others vote on it. Or have we forgotten the bitchfest the crucible turns into every time a new weapon is introduced, what I mean is you could make the coolest weapon ever made then have it voted down because some d-bag doesn't want you killing them with it.
