Have 2 people work on adds with supers and have the other guy sniping boss in the head while tethered, suggestions for this are, 1000YS, Still Piercer, Eireene RR4 or whatever it is called, and the black spindle for secondary, lol, and sleeper works great for him as well...

That's why you have to wipe out the add in stages, dont damage the boss until each wave of adds is gone, they spawn after a certain amount of damage on the boss so you can mange them quite easily with practice.
