Not making accusations (hence the ? On the title), but who is the oversight for these fund raisers? Newest one on Bungie's news updates, Breast Cancer. Just curious who over see's our donations, and the appropriation of funds raised? As a long time fraud investigator I've seen to many times these events created without oversight and funds never being "fully" dispersed to said Designations. Most investigations I've done have been towards cancer related events. So please use caution and don't hesitate to ask questions before allowing your hard earned dollars to go into the pockets of dishonest people.
