You guys need to use these properly or you're going to sound like idiots when your sentences are read.
There, I said it. The sentences, they're in desperate need of correction. In their enjoyment of reading, it is very necessary.
Please think hard about how you use these words, because if you're going to use punctuation, correct spelling of most words, and mostly correct grammar, when you do that but misuse these simple words you look like a fool.
Think-think about it!
Edit: I'm kind of astonished the amount of people that are ok with this being wrong.
Oh well I guess too right?
Also I got a lot of blatant and funny comments with some serious incorrect grammar. They're worth a read if you haven't already. Thx for the lol guys!

由AlBeasto36編輯: 10/21/2015 10:21:30 PMLol my English class had an entire lesson on this one day. I'm in 10th grade
Murica!! -blam!- yea!
And half the kids didn't even know what they were doing for the worksheet. Which you just fill in the blank with "there, their, or they're"

I understand these things quite good and English isn't even my first language. I also know how to spell a lot of words correctly. They always ask for my help at school during English class. :3 I find English much easier to understand than the Dutch language. Dutch has so many weird and confusing rules.. I simply despise it. Also, I know when to use an or a. You use an when the first letter of the next word starts with either an a, o, u, i or e. Sure some things with the English language are quite difficult too, but I enjoy to write and talk in English a lot more than in Dutch.

(Jk but seriously, spelling and grammar are trivial concepts; which would you rather? Properly spelled but entirely misrepresented topics like creationists arguing that macroevolution and it's according to them non existence (it exists we have proven it in labs and nature and it is exactly the same process of evolution as any other form so calling it macro is entirely un needed) proves that evolution isn't real? Or a public service announcement referencing all current works that prove evolution with a few typos? (Also note; there are TONS of spelling and translation errors within THE BIBLE and most college thesis' and publications are proof read and edited to eliminate spelling and grammar errors SEVERAL TIMES; this is a social forum not a college public works; every one makes mistakes at times; Lets not crucify them for it please! Especially when their spelling errors ARE YOUR ONLY ARGUMENT AGAINST THEM AND THEIR POINT!)

5 回覆This bugs me all the time! I can't stand it when people use the wrong word. For example on Instagram when a girl posts a selfie and there's at least 20 comments saying "your so pretty!" It pisses me off so much

50 回覆You need to realise this is an online forum, not an English test. Infact it is you that sounds like an idiot because you don't realise that. Anyway grow up, get over yourself and stop being a pathetic loser trying to justify your wasted liberal arts education.
