Can we receive Year 2 versions of all Year 1 Exotic Gear? The MIDA-Multi Tool does not have a redesign, like the Suros Regime and Hawkmoon. My question is, can we get non-redesign gear at the new Attack and Defense values? There's no benefit in keeping a Multi Tool or an Armamentarium at 170. Is it possible to receive such items with the new values and Infusion mechanics?
