This just happened to me 3 times in a row. Both my friends got it 3 times but nothing for me. What kind of bullshit is this?

I forgot to edit this but I manage to get but it required me to get disconnected from Xbox live (or just turning the system) and the postmaster will have it. I just don't know why it didn't drop into my inventory when there was space.
