[b][i]'Something for nothing[/i][/b]', is the attitude that's made America a second (or even third) rate power. Its not [u]nothing.[/u] [u]Its value, branding, loyalty.[/u] Things that can be measured and things that [u]outstrip the value of 'a sale' a hundred fold. [/u] Shortsighted - [u]transactional intelligence[/u] - is what we call it now, is the hallmark of a failed and antiquated business model. Give em more (especially when its trite like a banner or shader that costs nothing). They'll come back, spend more, sing your praises, buy shares and spread the word.
