1) Don't pay any attention to the apologists on this forum. You're an unsatisfied customer and their opinion is completely irrelevant. 2) Good for you. If you feel or think you were cheated then bring it forward. Its too bad consumer rights protection is so scant and toothless but... this is the way to show need. 3) Complaints that absorb time, require comment and most importantly, that affect PR are THE most powerful tool in your arsenal. If you don't buy it, that denies them $2-5. If you file, you cost them $100 in time/ salaries. The PR typically costs them thousands AND a lower cut in publishers deals as they become demonstrably high risk. I'm not expressing any opinion as to whether I believe in your cause or points, though I will say that Bungies professional and service conduct is abhorrent and egregious. Regardless, you are entitled to your view, its expression and its about time people started holding people accountable. Cheers.
