You were not sold dailies, heroics, nightfalls etc
You were sold, patrol, story, strike, raid and social space.
You were not sold specific PVP lists.
You were sold specific PVP formats i.e rift, skirmish, mayhem etc.
You still have access to all the product you paid for, weekly content is in addition to what you purchased, it wasn't advertised and it wasn't specified. Show me where and how you were advertised and sold that dailies, heroics or nightfall.
Stop and think before answering, if you were sold it then you still have it, if it was on top of what you brought then you were not sold it and are not due it.
You cant sue bungie as the developer only activision as the retailer. You cant sue them anyway as they did not advertise and sell the items you are missing.
If you do not want people to be toxic then don't just talk shite and expect us to run with it.

Thats a difficult question to answer. How long does that continue? What happens in another years time ? Are they just expecting to play at the same level for ever? Maintaining all this costs a lot of money, money I as a committed destiny player would like to be spent on new sutff going forward rather than forever maintaining extra playlists and old dailies. So for me, no he shouldnt. I selfishly or not want the new stuff not the old and if you dont want to come with me then thats your choice. Thats way of my point though which was that he didnt pay for it so is not just due it.

Then I ask you this. If Bungie were to right now remove all weeklies, dailies, strike playlists, mode specific PVP playlists, Trials and Iron Banner from everyone, how would you feel? I mean, according to you and everyone else with the same opinion, it is within their rights, and you have no right to it... cuz you didn't pay for it according to you.

That's irrelevant. Hes not legally entitled to it and thats fact. Not getting into a different discussion on morals in business.. You have to be advertised or marketed it to be sold it, i know, I've been in business 30 years. If they did take it away then there is nothing I could do. Personally I think that they should invest money forward. When do you stop maintaining old stuff? Are you going to have the same arguments next year and the year after etc. Are you going to maintain stuff for people who stop upgrading after every dlc? Are you still maintaining it in five years time for people who only ever bought vanilla?

He never said he was suing them. He filed a complaint with a corporation that fights for consumer rights. The fact that the company chose to file on his behalf means they believe it has some merit at the very least. Their career is to decide which cases have merit and which do not.
