STEP 1: Use Primary Telementry (Auto Rifle Telementry Works) to get 100 kills with an Auto Rifle STEP 2: DISMANTLE 10 RARE OR HIGHER AUTO RIFLE.....LEGENDARIES GIVES YOU 5!
